Delivery is automatically calculated by order weight and service type requested,

Service type options:

UK  orders under £50 :   Please select Royal Mail  "Signed for" service   1st class for next day      or   2nd class for 2-3 days service.

Delivery cost: first class from :  £5.05      

Delivery cost: second class from :  £3.90

EXPORTS:

Exports: Yes !  Silicon-ark.co.uk are exporting again, as of June 2026 you can order using a shipping agent.

Please find online your own UK based shipping agent that has a good reputation and history of shipping to your specific country.

Please order using their UK address as the delivery address.

We will ship to them and provide you with the delivery tracking information that you can track online.

Once delivered you will then be able to use the forwarding companies own tracking  details to follow your order from the UK to your destination country.

Returns Policy:

Returns accepted if within 30 days of purchase.

In the first instance please phone the office directly for advice.

If goods are incorrectly supplied, and returned correctly then full credit will be issues or replacement items sent at our cost.

If goods are incorrectly ordered, replacements (If available) will be sent upon return and inspection of original order. All return / resend carriage & insurance costs are the responsibility of the pourchaser. A 25%  restocking fee will be charged to cover our time required to test and re-pack items not required.

If it is agreed that goods can be returned then please return using a recorded and insured delivery service such a Royal Mail "signed for" or "Special delivery" for expensive items. The cost of any return is the buyers responsibility, but may be credited upon inspection of the goods. Please ensure that any item returned is in original packaging, as this forms part of the sale (*). Upon inspection any items that are found to have been fitted, used or tampered with may not be credited, or may be part credited.

Items delivered to a correct address / incorrect address / refused by purchaser / returned by delivery agent will be refunded provided goods return intact. A re-testing fee will be charged, postage will not be refunded. 

Note (*) packaging refers to any box, carton, waffle tray, ESD foams, o.e.m packaging  that encasedand or protected the articles.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS:

Items that are prone to ESD damage cannot be returned.

Items that require pre-assembly preparation such as baking, cannot be returned.

Items in sealed environmental packaging cannot be returned once opened.
