Service type options:
UK and Northern Ireland orders under £50 : Please select Royal Mail "Signed for" service 1st class for next day or 2nd class for 2-3 days service.
UK and Northern Ireland orders over £50 : Please select Royal Mail "Special Delivery" for guaranteed by 1pm delivery service.
Rest of World including Southern Ireland: Please select Royal Mail "International Tracked and Signed Service" delivery time depends upon location.
If you are prevented from setting up an account, then it is possible we do not ship to your country. Such countries are: Some African states, Some South American States, Russia, China, Pacific / Asian islands, Some Arab states. War zones and areas of conflict, areas where historic delivery issues arrise. Genuine enquires to these restricted areas will be examined on a case by case basis if requested.

Customs information for non EEC EXPORTS : 6 copies of the commercial invoice will be attached to the outside of the parcel for Customs use. + 1 copy inside, +1 delivery note inside.
UK and EEC: no external paperwork, just 1 x delivery note / invoice inside the parcel.

If goods are incorrectly supplied, and returned correctly then full credit will be issues or replacement items sent at our cost.
If goods are incorrectly ordered, replacements (If available) will be sent upon return and inspection of original order. All return / resend carriage & insurance costs are the responsibility of the pourchaser. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to cover our time required to test and re-pack items not required.
If it is agreed that goods can be returned then please return using a recorded and insured delivery service such a Royal Mail "signed for" or "Special delivery" for expensive items. The cost of any return is the buyers responsibility, but may be credited upon inspection of the goods. Please ensure that any item returned is in original packaging, as this forms part of the sale (*). Upon inspection any items that are found to have been fitted, used or tampered with may not be credited, or may be part credited.
Note (*) packaging refers to any box, carton, waffle tray, ESD foams, o.e.m packaging that encasedand or protected the articles.
Items that are prone to ESD damage cannot be returned.
Items that require pre-assembly preparation such as baking, cannot be returned.
Items in sealed environmental packaging cannot be returned once opened.
