The older hard to find items are tested unused NOS ( New Old Stock ) in perfect condition.
Modern 74's will be NEW Stock and RoHS Compliant.
All varients are listed: 74xxx (original) , 74LSxxx (low power Schottky TTL) , 74HCxxx (high speed CMOS) , 74HTCxxx (HC version with LS TTL compatible inputs),
So as to make one for one replacement selection easier we also list the same chips but by different manufacturers, for complete compatibility.
Power requirements: 74LS: 5V +/- 0.25V , 74HC: 2 to 6V , 74HCT: 5V +/- 0.5V HC and HCT devices are static sensitive.
