Cica : 1965.   These are the original Siemens item in the stretched TO-72 tin can with four gold leads. 4.7mm diameter x 9mm high

(see picture) not to be confused with the later true TO-092.  packaged 25  in a plastic carton, yes.. if you buy 25 you can have the plastic carton.
