OK folks, had there ever been an award for superb engineering, apart from the first luna lander, then this display would have been in the running. 

It's loaded, it's got a character generator, built in memory and even little domed lenses to magnify the image... Wow ! 

It's no wonder these old guys are so sought after by the new generation of Arduino and Pi lovers.
