Flatpack 14-lead IC test socket - IDI

1.27mm pitch test socket for 14-lead flatpacks by IDI.

14 gold plated sprung probes engage with the flatpack IC leads.

IC must be in original plastic carrier in order to register with the  probes

correctly. (See photo 2), lid slides over to clamp ( see photo 3 )

Status: rare second user item,

OK, so a real antique , but if like us you wanted to test out flatpacks and found it was impossible without a socket then here you are !
